Apartments on the pier - Arctic Garden

Do you dream of catching a saithe or salmon right outside your livingroom window? Or sitting on the pier on a warm evening, enjoying the view of whales, boats, mountains and sea? Then our unique apartments in Dampskipsbrygga are the right place. The apartments were established in 2022. They are new with all technical equipment such as a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator drawers and dishwasher, while we have focused on preserving the original windows, doors and walls. In the 1920s, Dampskipsbrygga in Lødingen was a trading post in line with Honningsvåg and Tromsø further north, and has now been carefully renovated to accommodate guests.

The apartment on the 1st floor is 80 m2. It was a post office at the beginning of the 20th century, and the postbox is still in the wall :-) The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. All windows have retractable, built-in roller blinds. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed and 2 sleeping beds in the spacious living room. Five people can easily stay here.

The apartment on the 2nd floor is 55 m2 large. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed, and it is also possible for 2 people to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The floor is an original wooden floor from 1901, when the building was built.

The two apartments each have their own entrance, one on each side of the building.
