The journey to Vesterålen is now even easier!
In addition to the local airports at Stokmarknes (Stokmarknes Airport, Skagen - SKN) and Andenes (Andøy Airport, Andenes - ANX), Vesterålen is only a 90-minute drive from Evenes Airport (Harstad-Narvik Airport, Evenes - EVE).
In the spring of 2024, Discover Airlines from Frankfurt, AirFrance from Paris, and Edelweiss from Zürich will commence direct flights to Evenes.
With Frankfurt as the hub, approximately 30 European airports/destinations can now reach Evenes within a 5-hour travel time. With just one stop in Frankfurt, the United States, Asia, and India are also a significant step closer to us.
Norwegian has also launched a direct route between Evenes and Bergen. Bergen offers a good selection of direct flights to around 20 destinations in Europe.
Previously, there were already good connections with Widerøe, SAS, and Norwegian between Evenes, Oslo, Tromsø, Bodø, and Trondheim, all with direct flights to many destinations in Europe.
